Service with a smile
Helpful and attentive service without being intrusive - efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment.
Team worked really well together - seamless.
All staff exceptional.
Banoffee tart was delicious. Red wine jus with the duck and steak was delicious.

we haven't stayed anywhere to this standard in the last 5 years.
The customer service from reservations was excellent. the cottage was very well equipped. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and home from home comforts. The fire was a bonus.
I really enjoyed my stay - dog did too and was welcomed by all members of staff. I feel refreshed and able to go back to everyday life with batteries fully recharged!
When I called reservations it really felt like talking to a human who knew exactly what we were after. We'll be back - with friends.

Can't improve on anything, it is about as good as you can get in the UK
Excellent accommodation - it is so difficult to find QUALITY accommodation which is also suitable for a wheelchair user - we are so grateful.
Steak was perfect.
We always have the same cottage when we visit, it is not available we will wait until it is. Everyone we dealt with was beyond criticism - happy and helpful

This is our sixth stay in the cottages. The whole experience is fantastic. Please keep up the superb standard.

We have not hotelled in south west but have stayed in several others including Hilton - we feel your hotel is much friendlier, homely and welcoming. We can certainly recommend you. Thank you all for a pleasant short break.

Our dog felt very at home and it was lovely to be able to spend holiday time with him in a place that made him welcome. And he stuck to the rules!!

Extremely comfortable bed and pillow! Excellent for a budget room. I was very excited to be staying in the hotel since seeing it in The Witches film, I have wanted to stay here. The hotel met all my expectations. I will be returning for leisure purposes since I was here on business.
Scallops - beautifully cooked.

Check in was very very welcoming. Cottages are beautiful design and finished to a very high specification. Loved the use of natural materials. View outstanding. Best self catering I have ever stayed in. Your staff are marvellous and are consistently friendly and helpful, courteous and polite.
