Housekeeping Supervisor

Do you take pride in your work? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team for the summer season.  You will have great attention to detail and be good at managing your time. High standards and a genuine willingness to exceed the expectations of our customers are key within this role.  You will be responsible for allocating work duties to team members, carrying out routine inspections of all rooms, service areas, storerooms and corridors. You will also report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues. You will assist in training and supporting new team members to deliver high standards of cleanliness and customer care consistently. 

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience in 4 or 5 star deluxe hotels, demonstrate the ability to work in a professional and orderly manner, possess great communication skills, able to use initiative and lead by example.
